MY SERVICE RATES

At Frozen Leaf Media, we believe in keeping things simple and straightforward. No hidden fees, no vague quotes. Just clear, honest pricing for the work you need. Media is difficult to price in a way that remains both fair and sustainable, but my hope is that your decision to work with me is based on the connection you feel with my work and the lasting value it creates. Every project is unique, so our rates are structured à la carte to give you flexibility and control. You’ll always know what’s included, from filming and editing, to travel, and even drone operations before we ever start.

My goal is to make professional media production approachable, transparent, and built around your vision.

DRONE

My flight rate for Professional Drone Service is:

$200/first flight for Phantom 4 Professional
$400/first flight for Inspire Pro (Production Level Drone) with DJI X5 or DJI XT (thermal camera by FLIR).
$100 for each additional battery for the same flight area
$80 per hour for Professional Editing

Price is based on 1 flight = 1 battery + approximately 35-45 minutes of flight time.

PHOTOGRAPHY

My hourly rate for Professional Photography starts at:

$70 for RAW/un-edited
$100 for Production Photography

Extras - Digital Files or Editing

$40 per image download for High Resolution File Size
$60 per image download for Original File Size
$80 per hour for Professional Editing

From $350 - Commercial & Brand Photography - Showcase your products, people, and space in a way that reflects your brand’s personality. Digital Files. Prints are extra.
From $400 - Event & Special Occasion Coverage - Capture the laughter, emotion, and energy of your event with creative documentary-style coverage. Digital Files. Prints are extra.

REAL ESTATE

Please refer to my other services to determine the hourly Real Estate rate, if that's something you're interested in.

Bracketed (HDR) Real Estate Photos - Includes interior + exterior + HQ HDR images (25 - 40 final photos), 48 hour turn-around, editing included.

$350 - Under 1200 Sq. ft.
$450 - 1201 - 2999 Sq. ft.
Over 3000 Sq. ft. - add $150
Over 5000 Sq. ft. - add $250

$250 - Exterior Ground ONLY Photos - Exterior photos only + detail shots. Great for showing off the street view, special features of the property, and for locations where using a drone isn’t ideal or allowed (20 - 30 final photos), 24 hour turn-around, editing included.

$350 - Plot Map Package - Includes 10 - 15 aerial photos at various heights and different angles of the property. Plot map super-imposed onto 3 images. 48 hour turn-around, editing included.

VIDEO

My hourly rates for Professional Videography starts at:

$500 for filming in 4k (3840 x 2160/50p) resolution
$400 for filming in HD (1920 x 1080/30p) resolution
$300 for Stabilized Gimbal
$80 for each additional battery for the same location
$80 per hour for Professional Editing

From $150 - Social Media Edits - Quick, engaging clips formatted for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
From $300 - Cinematic Shoots - Professional filming in HD or 4K, with smooth stabilized motion and attention to detail.
From $400 - Highlight Reels & Short Films - A beautifully edited, story-driven video that captures the heart of your project, event, or brand.

WEDDINGS

While I don’t actively seek out wedding work anymore, having been a part of nearly 60 weddings over the years, I do occasionally take on destination weddings or intimate elopements here in Coeur d’Alene. If you’re looking for digital or 35mm photography (yeah, I still shoot on those cameras), drone coverage, videography, or as a skilled Second Shooter, I’d be honored to be part of your special day. RUSH DELIVERY FEE

So, if you absolutely, positively need the media I created for you within 24 hours or less, the following fees are for you:

add $150 24-hour, or less, rush editing for any photos.
add $200 24-hour, or less, rush editing for any HD videos.
add $250 to $500 24-hour, or less, rush editing for any 2.5K/4K videos, IF it can be done - there are processing variables that need to be considered.

TRAVEL FEE

To help keep my rates nice and low, I’ve added a small Travel Fee of just $0.70 per mile for any travel from Coeur d’Alene (83814).

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change.

To keep things fair for both of us, and to ensure my calendar stays on track, please review the following policies as I do not give refunds of any kind:

Cancellations: Cancellations are made before the 48 hour mark of your scheduled session, and can be made by phone or in-person, during my business hours of 9am - 5pm, Mon. - Fri., and please, no voice mail or text because we will need to discuss rescheduling. Again, I do not give refunds.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled 3 times within a 90-day window for free. Reminder, I do not give refunds.
Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive on time, as I will gladly only wait up to 30 minutes. Your session will then need to be rescheduled to my availability.

All No-Shows, for whatever reason, excluding births or deaths, will forfeit their deposit and their session will then need to be rescheduled to my availability.
