TRAVEL FEE

To help keep my rates nice and low, I’ve added a small Travel Fee of just $0.65 per mile for any travel from Coeur d’Alene (83814).

CANCELLATIONS

I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. So, to keep things fair for both of us, and to ensure my calendar stays on track, please review the following policies as I do not give refunds of any kind:

• Cancellations: Cancellations are made before the 48 hour mark of your scheduled session, and can be made by a phone call or in-person, during my business hours of 9am - 5pm, Mon. - Fri., and please, no voice mail or text because I will need to discuss rescheduling or the best possible action. Again, I do not give refunds.
  
  

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled 2 additional times within a 90-day window for free. Reminder, I do not give refunds.
  
  

• Late Arrivals: Please plan to arrive on time, as I will only wait up to 30 minutes. Your session will then need to be rescheduled to my availability.

• All No-Shows, for whatever reason, excluding births or deaths (with documentation), will forfeit their deposit and their session will then need to be rescheduled to my availability.
