Since 2010, I’ve specialized in producing aerial footage using advanced UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) technology. This has allowed me to capture high-quality footage from angles not commonly seen in today's business world, offering a unique perspective for industries like real estate, construction, farming, engineering, and many more.

As a proud U.S. Army Desert Storm veteran and long-time resident of the Pacific Northwest, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the beauty of this region and the power of technology to elevate the businesses within it. The combination of my entrepreneurial spirit and expertise as a certified drone pilot led me to establish Frozen Leaf Media in 2010.

Retainer

Booking your session or event with Frozen Leaf Media is quick and easy with just two simple steps:

Step 1:
Send an email to FrozenLeafMedia@gmail.com with the details of your session, including preferred date, location, and type of shoot.

Step 2:
Once we confirm availability, you'll receive a CashApp request for a non-refundable $20 retainer fee to secure your booking.

And that’s it, you’re all set!

At Frozen Leaf Media, I value my clients' time just as much as my own. I take each session seriously and prepare thoroughly to deliver the best possible experience and results.

So, if you’re not certain you can commit to your scheduled time, I kindly ask that you hold off on booking until you're ready. Respecting each other's time helps keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Deliverables

Ok, I just want to go over Capture vs. Production... what’s the Difference? It’s important to understand the two main stages of media work: Capture and Production. Each serves a different purpose and comes with its own pricing and deliverables.

Capture

This refers to the raw, unedited media, straight from the camera. No color correction, no editing, just exactly what the camera records from the moment the record button is pressed to the moment it’s stopped. Capture-only work is ideal if you plan to handle your own editing or just need the footage or images for internal use.

Production

Production includes any editing, processing, or enhancement of the captured media. This can involve:

Color grading and correction
Cutting and trimming footage
Titles and transitions
Sound design or music syncing
Menus, special effects, and more

Production work is quoted separately and should be discussed in detail before the project begins. This option ensures you receive the fully polished, ready-to-use content that aligns with your brand and goals.

Rush Delivery

I understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, there's a need to have something immediately. So, if you absolutely, positively need the media I created for you within 24 hours, the following fees are for you:

+$120 24-hour, or less, rush editing for photos (48hr normal, unless specified)
+$200 24-hour, or less, rush editing for HD/4K videos

Travel Fee

To help keep my rates nice and low, I’ve added a small Travel Fee of just $1.20 per mile for any travel beyond 10 miles from Coeur d’Alene (83814). The first 10 miles are totally on me! Thanks so much for understanding — I’m excited to come your way!
